- Textual and structural revision of employee handbooks for various worldwide locations
- English guides for employees should sound less legalistic and be more comprehensible, but still legally tenable
- The inconsistent manuals with many local features are to be integrated into the intranet and have the same structure for all countries
- Globally & locally valid content should be separated in future
